RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Why you wanna return something so damn good? If you must, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit ONLY. But girl, if you wore it, you bought it. 

We won't accept returns for the following:

  • Clothes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway. Cmon, don’t do that to us! Not cool.
  • Clothes without their tags attached.
  • Clothes without a return authorisation number (RA). 
  • All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns on any intimates bottoms.

We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.


STORE CREDITS

Store credits can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.


CAN I RETURN ITEMS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We do accept returns on non-sale items due to change of mind for a store credit only.


DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We only offer store credits for returned items unless the product is deemed faulty by our Returns Team.


CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

All items purchased from our online sale section are final and we will not be accepting any returns. Feel free to reach out to our team via chat or email for any questions regarding fit or sizing!


RETURN POSTAGE

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
